AYKTA – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AYKTA! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AYKTA mobile application ("App") and services provided by AYKTA. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AYKTA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including community members, administrators, and visitors.

You must be at least 13 years old to use AYKTA. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of AYKTA, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

3. User Conduct

When using AYKTA, you agree NOT to:

Post, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
Engage in spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited messages
Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
Use the App for any commercial purposes without our consent
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
Collect or store personal data of other users without their consent
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Important: Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

4. User-Generated Content

A. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on AYKTA (posts, comments, messages, images, etc.). However, by posting content, you grant AYKTA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App for operational purposes.

B. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. AYKTA does not:

Endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content
Pre-screen all content before it is posted
Accept liability for any content posted by users

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

5. Community Guidelines

AYKTA is built on the foundation of positive community interaction. We expect all users to:

Treat other community members with respect and kindness
Engage in constructive and meaningful conversations
Report inappropriate content or behavior
Respect the privacy and boundaries of other users
Follow community-specific rules set by community administrators

6. Intellectual Property

The AYKTA App, including its design, logos, trademarks, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of AYKTA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
Create derivative works based on the App

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using AYKTA, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

AYKTA is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

The reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the App
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
The security of data transmitted through the App
The conduct of other users

You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of AYKTA.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYKTA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Service interruptions or system failures
Any damages resulting from user-generated content
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to use AYKTA (if any)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AYKTA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you post on the App

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AYKTA at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
Behavior that harms other users or the community
Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our policies and your rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
